Bespoke solutions developed specifically for your company will belong to you, while the underlying base technologies and methodologies remain the property of Visionarius.

Consulting and development services are invoiced according to the terms agreed in each project's specific contract. Payments must be made within the specified timeframes.

In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend services until the situation is resolved. Prices may be subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.

We comply with the GDPR and all applicable data protection regulations. Your company's data will be kept confidential and secure at all times.

Under no circumstances will Visionarius be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific services during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute relating to these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Spain.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will endeavour to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect.

Your continued use of the services after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
